Joe Mills (born June 14th, 1972 in Wigan, Lancashire) is a British voice actor for Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. He has also appeared in various other British television series such as "Emmerdale", "Coronation Street", "Holby City" and "The Bill". He also works as a teacher of drama and PE at Cansfield High School, a Rugby League journalist and commentator, a wedding registrar in Bolton and a football coach.
